At Meiva we take great care in delivering high-quality silver jewellery. Due to hygiene, craftsmanship, and product sensitivity, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do provide an exchange option under specific conditions.


❌ No Return / No Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

  • We do not provide refunds for any orders.

  • This policy applies to all products, including sale items and discount purchases.


🔄 Exchange Policy (Eligible Cases Only)

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

1. Damaged Product Received

  • If you receive a damaged item, inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • You must share:

    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Product photos

    • Order ID

Without an unboxing video, exchange requests may not be accepted.


2. Wrong Product Delivered

  • If you receive the wrong design/item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


3. Size Issues (If Applicable – Rings/Bracelets)

  • Exchange is allowed for size issues if informed within 48 hours.

  • Reverse shipping charges may apply.


📦 Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused & unworn

  • Must be in original packaging

  • Tags, invoice, and freebies must be intact

  • No scratches, perfume, or damage

We reserve the right to reject exchange if the product fails quality inspection.

Requests after this window will not be accepted.

  • Silver jewellery may naturally tarnish over time — this is not a defect.

  • Slight color or design variation due to photography is not eligible for exchange.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or improper storage.
